Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities：

1.       Responsible for the management of the existing major accounts.

2.       Develop Marketing and Sales strategies.

3.       Responsible for reaching yearly and multi-year new sales goals.

4.       Customer service and contract term negotiation.

5.       Sales budgeting and controlling.

6.       Lead sales and marketing plan.

Requirements：

1.        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2.        Fluent English (both written and spoken) and at least an intermediate level of English.

3.        A high level of organization, self-discipline and determination.

4.        Intelligence and creativity in finding ways to solve problems and develop service.

5.        Full computer literacy, including internet research, work processing and spreadsheets.

6.        Experience in similar customer-facing positions is preferred.

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities：

1.    Develop business strategies to ensure sustainable growth of sales opportunities with existing customers and potential customers.

2.    Proposal and develop effective sales and marketing strategic in order to achieve the sales and margin objectives according to the company strategic plans.

3.    Keep track and anticipate in competitors activities and strategies.

4.    Keep good relationship with different cooperation parties, partners and companies.

5.    Be focused on relative policies.

6.    Other marketing related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.

Requirements：

1.     Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business related fields.

2.    Able to persuade and influence people to take desired actions.

3.    2 year or above work experience in multinational companies.

4.    Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient command of English.

5.    Exceptional communication skills, including the abilities to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflicts.
